Free workspace and Builder subscriptions

The Licuse workspace is free. Builder adds monthly hosted AI allowances. A checkout labelled sandbox is a test: no real payment is collected, its plan and credits are separate from live balances, and no monetary refund is needed.

Builder starts at USD 15 per month. Before you confirm an order, checkout shows the amount, currency, taxes and renewal period. Monthly credits expire at the end of the paid period. A refund reduces the associated allowance. We never turn a free account into a paid subscription without your order.

02

Purchases through Polar

For an actual Polar order, contact billing@licuse.com about the product or Polar buyer support to request payment assistance, a refund or withdrawal. Eligibility follows the Polar Buyer Terms, the disclosed product refund conditions and applicable mandatory consumer law. Some countries provide time-limited withdrawal rights; exceptions for digital delivery require the conditions prescribed by law. Nothing here removes remedies for defective or misdescribed services or limits your right to dispute an unauthorized charge.

03

Cancellation is separate from a refund

You can cancel future renewals using Cancel subscription in your Licuse dashboard. Polar’s customer portal and the link in your receipt also provide subscription management. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal; it does not automatically refund a past charge. The effective date is shown in the portal. For eligible refunds, Polar handles return of funds and the applicable processing time.

Canceling renewal lets you keep using the remaining hosted allowance until the paid period ends; unused allowance does not roll over. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund. Under our standard voluntary refund policy, you may request a refund for the current paid billing period if none of that period’s hosted allowance has been consumed. Once any allowance is consumed, that period does not qualify for this standard refund; you may still cancel renewal and use the remaining allowance until expiry.

Submit an unused-period refund request in your dashboard. It concerns only the current payment and creates a support ticket with a record of the payment and usage at the time of your request. In-progress requests and unsettled provider costs must finish settling first. We verify ownership and usage, then lock that period’s hosted allowance during manual review. A request is not an immediate refund or cancellation; use Cancel subscription in your dashboard to stop future renewals separately. If approved, we process the refund of that payment through Polar. A refund does not itself cancel your subscription or future renewals. If declined, any remaining eligible allowance is unlocked until its original expiry. Resuming renewal does not bypass a refund hold. BYOK stays available. We do not promise a specific bank settlement date. No notification email is sent for dashboard tickets; check their status in your dashboard.

This standard policy does not limit mandatory withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights, remedies for defective or misdescribed services, or Polar’s independent refund decisions. Contact billing@licuse.com or Polar support for those cases or for an earlier payment, even if you have used the service.

Deleting an account, uninstalling Licuse or disconnecting a BYOK key should not be treated as a subscription cancellation request. Use the billing portal or contact support before your next renewal. Use “Cancel subscription” for cancellation and “Payment details & invoices” for Polar’s portal.

Get help with a billing issue

For a Licuse product problem or help identifying an order, contact billing@licuse.com. Include the account email, order/transaction reference, purchase date and a short explanation. Never include your full card number, password or provider key. We may need to verify the request before acting.

Your own OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic or other provider charges are billed by that provider and follow its refund rules. A Licuse account cancellation does not cancel a separate provider subscription or revoke charges you authorized there.

A person you can reach.
